The Effect of Uridine Combined Therapy in Refractory Schizophrenia

Abstract

|
To evaluate the effect of uridine combined therapy in refractory schizophernia, we combined 100mg of uridine with haloperidol in 5-refractory male schzophrenics for five weeks. And we measured BPRS, werum HVA, haloperidol level before and after
uridine
combined therapy.
One of five subjects improved significantly after 2 weeks' uridine trial, but we can't find the overall change of serum HVA and haloperidol concentration.
